Welcome to TAXIHQ. By booking or using our TAXI services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Reservations
   • All reservations must be made in advance through our official website, app, or customer support team.
   • A valid contact number and email address are required for confirmation.
   • Reservations are subject to availability.
2. Payment Terms
   • Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) is required to confirm the reservation.
   • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, online transfers, or cash (subject to approval).
   • All prices are quoted in [US-Dollar] and include/exclude taxes as specified at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
   • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the ride will incur a cancellation fee (up to 50%).
   • No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
4. Service Rules
   • Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
   • Waiting time may be charged if passengers are delayed beyond the grace period (15 minutes).
   • Eating, drinking (except water), and smoking are not permitted inside the vehicle.
   • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party.
5. Conduct & Safety
   • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and staff.
   • The driver has the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
   • Seat belts must be worn at all times, as per traffic laws.
6. Liability
   • TAXIHQ will not be held liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
   • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the passenger. TAXIHQ is not liable for lost or stolen items.
7. Vehicle Substitution
   • In the rare event of vehicle breakdown or unavailability, TAXIHQ reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or higher class at no additional charge.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
   • Customer data collected during booking will only be used for service-related purposes.
   • TAXIHQ does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction].
